Creating Gluten Free Meals Everyone Will Love!

Hi my name is Wendy and I am the Cook. My husband is the Critic. I have a love for food and have been cooking gourmet meals in my kitchen for years now. I am mostly starting this blog for myself. You see I have this problem. I am constantly coming up with delicious new recipes but I never write them down and I never make anything exactly the same twice. If my husband ever asks me to make a certain meal, I have a hard time remembering exactly how I made it. Over the years, my husband has become quite spoiled by my cooking. He is now the self proclaimed Critic of my cooking. So when I have his approval on a meal, I know it has to be good.

Recently I have discovered that I have a gluten intolerance/allergy. Living a gluten free lifestyle is not easy at times. Fortunately, I know my way around the kitchen and we have never been ones to eat out a lot. So I find it a fun challenge to create gluten free meals that everyone in my family will love. And in truth, they really don’t know the difference. Cooking gluten free meals is really not that difficult and you don’t have to feel like you are giving anything up!

  1. I would love to see the inside of your pantry. I too love making bread but with my mother in law and nephew showing up with this and other food allergies, it is making me rethink getting a grain grinder for wheat. Thanks for the recipes. I’m also curious to know what your grocery bill looks like with all these healthy ingredients. I’m sure it is well worth it.
